On April 7, 2016 nearly 100 members, friends and sponsors of the Democratic Club of the Monterey Peninsula gathered at the Hilton Garden Inn in Monterey to honor Congressman Sam Farr with the Martha Norton Memorial Award for Outstanding Service.
